Veteran actor Sarabjeet Singh Paintal, better known as Gufi Paintal, passed away this morning. He was 79 years old. Known to play the role of Shakuni Mama in BR Chopra's Mahabharat, he acted in several TV shows and films in his illustrious career.
Gufi Paintal was reportedly hospitalised on May 31. His family refrained from sharing details about his health. However, it was said that the actor's health was critical. As per reports, he passed away early this morning due to heart failure.
