Prashanth Neel took pan-India cinema a notch above with the blockbuster film franchise, KGF starring Yash. Taking the journey ahead, the action director is about to bring along yet another cinematic spectacle with Hombale Films' Salaar starring Prabhas. The teaser of Salaar will be launched on July 6 at 5.12 am. It was noticed that Salaar could be a part of the KGF universe. 

In the climax of KGF 2 when Yash's Rocky is sailing a ship in the thundering ocean, he gets attacked. While many missed the minute details in the scene, there was a clock hanging on the wall. It showed 5:12 am. Interestingly, Salaar's teaser will be unveiled at the same time.

The post-credits scene in KGF 2 indicated that the franchise will continue further. This new development has left people curious to know whether Yash will make a cameo in Salaar. 

Salaar also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. The film will release on September 28, 2023.
