Kartik Aaryan is currently basking in praises for Satyaprem Ki Katha co-starring Kiara Advani. Amid the film's box office run, the actor has reportedly purchased a new property in Mumbai. According to a leading publication's report, he became the owner of a plush apartment in Juhu. 

Reportedly, the house costing Rs. 17.50 crores has a nearly 1,594 sq ft carpet area and is on the second floor of the residential tower Siddhi Vinayak Building in Presidency Society. His parents apparently reside in the same building. 

According to the report, the registration of the deal was done on June 30 and transactions were fulfilled by his mother, Mala Tiwari. Reportedly, Kartik paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crores. The report further stated that the actor will get access to two parking spaces.

The report also mentioned that Kartik had leased a luxury apartment on Juhu Tara Road for three years from  Shahid Kapoor for Rs 2.89 crores.
