The kissing scene between Shabana Azmi and Dharmendra in Karan Johar's directed Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani was an unexpected moment for the audience. Once the film released, the chatter around it begin to happen, with each one wondering, if it was hard to convenience the veteran actors for this scene began to arise.

Post the successful opening of his film, in a recent interview, Karan Johar decided to clear the air. He confirmed that it wasn't difficult to convenience the veteran actors and in fact they were comfortable doing the scene, and no debate was there. Both were absolutely fine with it. 

"Two great veterans just performing with absolute aplomb, no questions asked. I needed it to be a pack. One of my all-time favorites is Abhi Na Jao Chhod Kar and it had to be their song because that's what she says in the dialogue about Mall Road walks, their re-run, their favourite song. And that became the thematic kind of connection of Rocky and Rani as well," Karan shared in the interview.

RRKPK stars Ranveer Singh & Alia Bhatt in lead roles, and is currently creating waves at the box office.
