Ameesha Patel is basking in all the glory of Gadar 2 success. In a banger of a comeback, Ameesha has reprised the role of Sakeena from 2001 Gadar, with the sequel taking the leap. The film has been constantly breaking records and already crossed  Rs 300 crores at the box office.  

In a recent round of success interviews, on being asked about reuniting onscreen with her debut film Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai co-star Hrithik Roshan again, the actress replied, “I’d love to, a cute, fun love story with a little bit of comedy, great music and lots of dance because we're both good dancers. Like I have a great chemistry with Sunny (Deol), I have a great chemistry with Hrithik too and I'd love to work with him, so why not? I think we both debuted together and people would love that like they've loved Gadar too. I think they would love Hrithik and me back too."

Besides this, Ameesha also went on to reveal that she turned down Salman Khan's Chalte Chalte and Shah Rukh Khan's Tere Naam earlier in her career. She said, "There were a lot of films I couldn't do. I turned them down because of date issues so I couldn’t regret it. Chalte Chalte was one of the films, Munna Bhai was offered to me, Tere Naam. There were a lot of reasons I couldn’t do those films because I had already committed and there's only one Ameesha. You can't be everywhere at that time."

Chalte Chalte starred Shah Rukh and Rani Mukherji in the lead, and Tere Naam had Salman opposite Bhumika Chawla, and both the films were superhits.
