Ghoomer has been the talk of the town since the time it's release. Starring Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher in the lead, the film has been recieving strong appreciation from all quarters. 

Reportedly, the film’s screen release is to be extended as due to the strong word of mouth and the raving reviews by the audience, multiple film distributors have reached out to make more screens available. 

According to the source, "R.Balki’s Ghoomer was supposed to be a limited release movie but the love that has been pouring in for the movie across India, multiple known film distributors have reached out to the producers as they want to increase the numbers of showings of the Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher starrer."

The film follows an inspiring story of a physically challenged aspiring cricket player ( Saiyami) and Abhishek who portrays the role of her coach.
