The winners of the 69th National Film Awards for the year of 2021, have been announced on August 24, 2023. And this time for the Best Actress award, it has been a tie between Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon. While Alia was awarded for her spectacular act in Gangubai Kathiadwadi,  Kriti's big win came from  her outstanding performance in Mimi.

For the Best Actor, Allu Arjun took home the top honour for Pushpa: The Rise for his exceptional performance. His victory also makes him the first Telugu actor to win the prestigious laurel!
