Esha Deol has been in the news all over this year. Be it the special screening of Gadar 2 that she hosted, making a public appearance along with her step-brothers Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol for the first time or her film Ek Duaa receiving a special mention at the 69th National Film Awards for which she turned a producer and an actor.
Esha, who has a successful run in the films in early 2000s, in a recent interview, opened up about turning down some films which later on became super successful. “A couple of them that had come my way. I don't know for what reason I didn't do them. Would definitely be the first part of Golmaal, Omkara, and a couple more. But whoever then went on to doing the films, those girls have done fantastically,” shared Esha.
Talking about the co-star that she would like to work again with, Esha said, “Ajay Devgn obviously. And Salman Khan. I just love working with these people and I'm glad I got to work again with Ajay recently.”
The film Omkara starred Ajay, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan in the lead and Golmaal had Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Sharman Joshi along with Rimi Sen and Ajay. Both were hits at the time of their release.
