The wait for Kamal Haasan to return as Vigilante Senapathy has finally come to an end. 
Titled Indian 2: An Intro, the teaser starts with where the first part, Indian, ended. Senapathy had promised that he would return if and when things became corrupt again. And he keeps his promise.

In the beginning, Kamal is shown in a completely unrecognizable avatar as  he makes a call from the call booth. As the promo proceeds it shows the ‘Indian’ aka Kamal in different looks.
Post which there are scenes of disparities and differences between the social classes as on one side as the rich are blowing the money in the air, but the poor are struggling and are bribed, following the further injustice taking place around the country. The teaser also has a  glimpse of Rakul Preet Singh in it.

The previous instalment Indian starred Kamal in the lead and was released back in 1996. Indian 2 is the second instalment and is going to release 27 years post the first sequel.
