Ananya Panday recently appeared on the 3rd episode of the Karan Johar’s Koffee with Karan Season 8 alongside Sara Ali Khan during which the actress went on to talk about the box office failure of her south debut film Liger in which she starred opposite Vijay Deverakonda.

Ananya shared, "Everyone makes mistakes," and shared that the filmmaker and host of the show Karan himself and her mother Bhavana Panday actually advised her to sign for the film.

Ananya further revealed that every time she does a film her mother calls or messages her to give the feedback about the film but after watching Liger she didn’t respond anything. Ananya continued that only when she asked herself about the film her mother replied, “Fun!” And it was the worst response she has received for her performance in Liger out of all.
