Sushant Singh Rajput’s death shook the entire nation back in the year of 2020 when the news of the actor’s alleged suicide was all over. Following there were many questions and possible assumptions of what might have happened with the actor.
Earlier in July of this year Delhi High Court refused to put a pause to the online streaming of the film Nyay: the Justice which released in the year of 2021 and is apparently based on the actor’s life.
Following this in the month of August, Sushant’s father, Krishna Kishore Singh moved to Delhi High Court in order to stop the online streaming of the film.
And in the latest development, the court has order to hear the plea on February 12 of the next year.
Earlier it was stated by the judges that the film’s streaming cannot be banned as the right to privacy of the actor were extinguished with his demise.
Sushant was found hanging dead at his Mumbai’s apartment on June 14 back in 2020.
