Katrina Kaif has been receiving much love for her role of Zoya in a latest release Tiger 3 which is a third sequel of the Tiger series and also featured Salman Khan and Emraan Hashmi alongside the actress. 

In a recent interview, she was asked about doing a solo action film to which she replied that she herself has always wanted to do it and further went on to mention that it requires the right team and elements to make it work.

Katrina said, "I think when the time is right and when the combination of the perfect story, the perfect team, the perfect director, the perfect producer and when I say perfect I mean the right to tell that story. When that comes together and it's the right time for me as well, I would love to do that. I know it's something I've always wanted to do and I've spoken about this many times and it would be fantastic. It'll be great and I know the kind of excitement that it would hold for me to do a film like that so let's see".

She further added about her immense love for action and dance. The actress said,  "For me, action and dance are two disciplines you can say that I have an affinity to. I really really enjoy it and I love doing action and dance for one reason especially is that you absolutely have to be in the present moment. If you lose your focus or if you're distracted even for a moment, you've lost the sequence. You'll see it in the shot. You'll see if you're disconnected in that dance movement or in that action beat. I think I like that because it brings all my focus and my concentration into one place, and I enjoy physical expression. I think it's something that I always have."

On the work front, Katrina would be next seen in Sriram Raghavan’s directorial Merry Christmas that is set to release on January 12, 2024.
