The final World Cup 2023 tournament took place on the Sunday of November 19 and it was a face-off between Australian and Indian cricket team in which  Australia emerged as the winner.

India previously entered the finals by defeating New Zealand in the semi-finals match that took place on November 15, 2023. They have remained undefeated in last six weeks over ten matches, only to lose in finals.
