The director of the action thrillers Dhoom and Dhoom 2, Sanjay Gadhvi passed away on Sunday morning aged 56, just few days before celebrating 57th birthday. As per the reports, Sanjay wasn't feeling well, post which he was sent to the nearby hospital where he was declared dead by the doctors. Reportedly, the reason for his death has been stated as heart attack.
After the news of the sudden demise, Abhishek Bachchan, Esha Deol, director Kunal Kohli and others went on to express their condolence.
Abhishek also shared that he spoke to the director just few days back and was completely shocked to hear the news of his death.

Sanjay made his directorial debut back in 2000 with the film Tere Liye and is best known for directing Dhoom and Dhoom 2.
