This year has been full of successful releases and many are still lined up including two of the biggest films of the year Vicky Kaushal’s biographical war drama Sam Bahadur and Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal. And as both the films are set to release on the same day. Vicky was recently questioned what he feels about the same. 

To which the actor replied, “When two opening batsmen come to the crease, playing for the same team, you won’t say that the two batsmen are clashing with each other; they are playing for a single team, so we are playing for Hindi cinema.”

Sam Bahadur is directed by Meghna Gulzar, whereas Animal is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Both the films are set to release on December 1, this year.
