The recently released Netflix film, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, has opened to positive reviews from critics and the audience. Directed by debutant Arjun Varain Singh, the coming-of-age drama revolves around the story of three friends who go through highs and lows owing to social media influence. Ananya Panday plays Ahana Singh, a marketing professional, Siddhant Chaturvedi is Imaad, a standup comedian and Adarsh Gourav is Neil, a gym trainer.

While Kho Gaye Hum Kahan is being lauded for its storytelling and presentation, it is Ananya Panday who stood out the most in terms of performance. As the young starlet is about to enter her 5th year in the industry, the film gave her the much-needed opportunity to shine as an actor and allowed her to breathe life into Ahana. Ananya's evolution has been visible over the years but Kho Gaye Hum Kahan escalates her to the next level. 

Without a doubt, Ananya has a charming and captivating screen presence. Wearing the character of Ahana as her second skin, the actress makes the audience root for her and resonate with her vulnerabilities. This has to be Ananya's strongest performance. Making the most of the script, she adds a personal touch to the character and the honesty reflects on screen.
