Janhvi Kapoor made her debut back in 2018 with Dhadak where she starred opposite Ishaan Khattar post which she has been a part of many films including Roohi (2021), Good Luck Jerry (2022) and  Bawaal (2023) to name a few. 

In a recent interview, the actress was asked what motivates her to do films to which she replied that it’s her love for films and also added that she will never abandon the legacy of her mother and one of the legendary actresses of the film industry, Sridevi. 

Janhvi said, “It's what I live for. It’s what I live, eat, breathe, and think of every second of the day. Just my love for films, performing, for being in front of the camera. That is the only time where I am at peace.” 

She further added, “There's also a drive that I will not abandon my mom's legacy. Like I can't. I don't want to, I need to take it forward. I will die trying. It means the most to me.”

Janhvi was last seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s directorial Bawaal where she starred opposite Varun Dhawan the film released last year on Amazon Prime. Besides, Janhvi has many upcoming projects in the pipeline.
