Alia Bhatt recently took to her Instagram story to share her review about the Vikrant Massey starrer 12th Fail that released last year and went on to receive praise from all over. The actress referred to the film as 'one of the most beautiful films' and also appreciated the performances. The note read,“One of the most beautiful films I have seen in a while! With such fabulous performances.. Soon enough, Deepika Padukone reposted Alia's story on her profile saying that she couldn't agree more. Deepika wrote, "I couldn't agree more. Congratulations to the entire cast and crew."

Directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the film released on October 27, 2023 and is still running in theatres.
