The rumours of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna's engagement have been all over the headlines in the last few days which stated about the couple's upcoming engagement in February. Recently, Vijay went on to put a stop to the same and said that people just keep on spreading rumours.The actor also said that he isn't getting married in coming time.

 He mentioned, "I’m not getting engaged or married in February. It feels like the press just wants to get me married every two years. I hear this rumour every year. They’re just walking around waiting to catch me and get me married.”

Vijay and Rashmika have been spotted together a number of times, yet there has been no official confirmation of them being in a relationship. On the work front, Vijay was last seen in Kushi (2023) opposite Samantha Ruth Prabhu and will next be seen in Family Star. On the other hand Rashmika is currently basking the success of her latest film Animal (2023) and will next be seen in Pushpa 2: The Rule.
