Ahaan Panday’s launch by YRF in Bollywood is being called the most anticipated debut by a young actor. Ahaan, who was being groomed by Yash Raj Films and Aditya Chopra, signed the contract of his first film yesterday, sources confirm! 

While rumour-mills were churning with the buzz that Ahaan has bagged YRF & Mohit Suri’s yet untitled young love story, yesterday the paparazzi managed to catch him at YRF! When we prodded people close to the development, it was revealed that Ahaan had visited Yash Raj Films to sign his debut film contract! 

“Yes, it is true. Ahaan Panday is the hero of the YRF & Mohit Suri love story and he signed the contract of his first film yesterday in the premises of the studio that has shaped Indian cinema and pop culture for over 50 years! Ahaan will not be seen too much. He will be kept under wraps and he will focus on his acting,” informs a source in the know.  

The source adds, “YRF is known for their magical romantic films and Mohit Suri is also known for his brilliant love stories. This combination is extremely promising. The fact that YRF & Mohit, who have both given India some of the best big screen romantic heroes, has chosen Ahaan to lead the film, means they feel he is capable enough to carry the expectations due to his acting skills. We now wait to see Ahaan delivering on the big screen when this film releases.”

“Ahaan has waited for 5 years preparing himself for his debut under Aditya Chopra’s guidance. He was called to YRF to sign the dotted line for this film and he was ecstatic. Ahaan was emotional too. For him, it was a surreal moment,” the source further adds.
