Rumours of Anushka Sharma's second pregnancy have been doing multiple rounds. Virat Kohli's absence from India's Test series against England has added fuel to the buzz. While the couple is maintaining privacy over the same, industrialist Harsh Goenka's recent tweet gave an update to fans. 

In a cryptic tweet, Mr. Goenka said, "A new baby is to be born in the next few days! Hope the baby takes India to great heights like the greatest cricketing father. Or will it follow the mother and be a film star?"

In a video on his YouTube channel, AB de Villiers confirmed that Virat and Anushka are gearing up to welcome their second child. He said, "Yes, his second child is on the way. Yes, it's family time and things are important to him. If you are not true and genuine to yourself, you lose track of what you are here for. I think most people's priority is family. You can't judge Virat for that. Yes, we miss him. But he has made absolutely the right decision."

However, he dismissed it as false and apologised for spreading wrong information. The cricketer clarified, "Family comes first, it's priority, as I said on my YouTube show. I also made a terrible mistake at the same time - Sharing false information, which was not true at all."

Anushka and Virat have a daughter named Vamika who turned 3 in January.
