Arbaaz Khan, addressing speculation surrounding Salman Khan's alleged launch of his son Arhaan Khan, referred to the reports as mere "rumours" in a conversation with News18. The actor-turned-producer disclosed that Arhaan harbors aspirations of entering the entertainment industry. While awaiting the release of his forthcoming film Patna Shuklla, Arbaaz stated, “As far as I'm concerned, they're still rumors. I haven't personally heard any such news." He further added, “Arhaan's inclination towards showbiz is apparent from his endeavors, having attended a film school and pursued other related interests."
Arbaaz Khan mentioned that Arhaan Khan, a graduate from a film school in the USA, is currently "dedicating himself to shaping his future." Arbaaz commented, "Arhaan is channeling his energies towards his career. At 22 years old, he's still young and is earnestly preparing for what lies ahead. He's a diligent, sincere, and focused individual. Given his dedication and if circumstances align favorably, I am confident he will succeed."
Arbaaz Khan emphasized that he allows Arhaan considerable autonomy in making his professional choices. Arbaaz stated, “Arhaan consults with me, and I offer my advice. However, I refrain from excessive intervention. It's essential for him to learn from his own journey and errors rather than being overly directed. I prefer not to confine him within a sheltered environment; instead, I want him to experience the ups and downs, to understand the challenges of the world firsthand.”
The actor wrapped up by expressing, “In order to sustain a career spanning two or three decades, one must encounter both triumphs and setbacks. It's unrealistic to expect everything to be effortless or flawless. I remind him that he'll face challenges, but he must navigate through them. My aim is to equip him to handle whatever comes his way.”
Arhaan Khan is the son of Arbaaz Khan from his former marriage with Malaika Arora. Following 19 years of marriage, the couple divorced in 2017.
Arbaaz Khan tied the knot with Shura Khan in December of last year.
