Diljit Dosanjh who is seen in Imtiaz Ali’s  directorial ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ has been shining in his latest projects and concerts. 

Recently, Imtiaz revealed that Shah Rukh Khan once referred to Diljit as ‘best actor of the country.’ 

The director also added that he couldn’t imagine anyone else doing the role of Diljit in the upcoming film.

Imtiaz said, "Shah Rukh Khan once told me that Diljit Dosanjh is the best actor in the country. I feel that if Diljit paaji had refused to do this film, then we could have never made it. So, we were very lucky. We couldn't have asked for a better cast than this, both are extremely good. “

Diljit was last seen in Rajesh A Krishnan’s directorial ‘Crew’ which also starred Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon. 

The film released on March 29 and has been giving great performance.
