Whether 'Kabir Singh' or 'Animal,' Sandeep Reddy Vanga has managed to attract the audience towards his films like no one else, setting up the box office records higher and higher.
But besides his ability to bring the box office number making films, the filmmaker's work is also known for landing up in several controversies surrounding the mixed reviews from the audience on his films.
Most of his projects tend to arouse debate about gender roles and how males are portrayed superior in the context and are often believed to be 'alpha-males' who are allowed to behave the way they want being considered superior. From visuals to dialogues, his films are often talked about.
Recently, Adil Hussain who has been a part of his film 'Kabir Singh' which released in 2019 starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in the lead expressed his regret over working in the film.
He admitted that it was the only project he signed without thoroughly going though the script and now feels bad for the same.
Following, Sandeep took a dig at the actor and shared a post on his 'X' handle addressing the same.
Placing the clip from Adil's interview where he spoke about the film, the filmmaker went on to comment that he regrets casting him and the project and will now replace his face with the help of an AI.
The post read, "Ur 'belief' in 30 art films didn't get as much fame to you as ur 'regret' of 1 BLOCKBUSTER film did.I regret casting you, knowing that your greed is bigger than your passion. NOW I'll save you from shame by replacing Your face with AI help. Now smile properly "
