Alia Bhatt recently made heads turn after she graced the prestigious event Met Gala 2024 wrapped in Sabyasachi’s saree.

The actress looked breathtaking as she walked the carpet and garnered much attraction for her outfit globally.

Based on the theme ‘Garden of Time,’ the actress was spotted flaunting the floral saree which perfectly defined the theme. 

In a recent interview, the actress spoke about the first time she wore a saree and her experience about the same.

She said, "I remember
the first time I wore a saree was for Teachers' Day. I was in the 9th grade, and as I reached my school, my pleats opened."

The actress further added,  "So I went into the bathroom,
and they were like, 'Baby, kya ho raha hai and like quickly, quickly, they were putting my pleats back for me."

On the work front, Alia most recently appeared in Karan Johar’s directorial ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.’ 

She will next feature in ‘Jigra’ and ‘Love and War.’
