Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dilwale' to 'Josh', films showcasing Goa's scenic beauty

The King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan has graced numerous films with his presence, and several of these have been shot against the stunning backdrop of Goa. Which has served as the perfect backdrop for several Bollywood blockbusters.

In the 2015 blockbuster Dilwale, Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan are shown running a car repair workshop in Goa. The film features several Goan locales, including the beautiful Church, making it a visual treat for fans.

The heartfelt film Dear Zindagi starring Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt showcases the serene beauty of Goa. Key scenes were shot in two stunning villas in North Goa, particularly in the grand renaissance three-bungalow enclave in Salvador do Mundo. Other notable locations include Benaulim Beach and Morjim Beach, adding to the film’s tranquil aesthetic.

The action-comedy film Chennai Express, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, features the breathtaking Dudhsagar Waterfall on the Goa-Karnataka border. The majestic waterfall is where SRK's character famously steps off the train with Deepika's character.

One of Shah Rukh Khan's most cherished films Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, directed by Kundan Shah, was filmed across several iconic locations in Goa. The movie showcases Colva Beach, Fort Aguada, and the ruins of St. Augustine.

Film Josh, centered around two rival biker gangs named Bichhoos and Eagles, captures the vibrant essence of Goa. The movie features some of Goa's best beaches, tourist spots, football grounds, and the Annual Goa Carnival.
