Priyanka Chopra returns to refurbished $20 Million LA Mansion after Mold infestation

Priyanka Chopra is back home in Los Angeles after wrapping up her upcoming Hollywood film ‘Head of State’. The star posted a picture of herself at her Los Angeles residence, having some relaxation, recently. Soon after Priyanka and Nick Jonas purchased their $20 million dream house in 2019, it became "virtually unliveable" due to a Mold infestation.

The couple has returned to the house after it was completely refurbished, according to a report in The Sun. Their return was verified by Priyanka's Instagram story, which offered a view of her home's opulent interior and the LA cityscape from her balcony. "Being home... is feeding my soul," the writer stated.

As per the report, a chef's kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, an indoor basketball court, an inside bowling alley, a home theater, an entertainment lounge, a spa with a steam room, a full-service gym, and a billiards room, couple’s mansion has nine bathrooms and seven bedrooms.

It was reported in 2023 that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas sued for $4 million due to mold growth and water damage in their home. The lawsuit claims that the home had "porous waterproofing," which resulted in "mold contamination and related issues." The pair had to leave while repairs were made because they were deemed unsafe. They demanded damages compensation as well as the termination of the purchase agreement. Page Six claimed that the projected cost of repairs surpassed $4 million.
