Recently, there has been an unexpected shift of the revenue in the PVR.
Following the company’s earnings reports that covered the financial year of January to March of 2024, certain key points have been noted which turned to be quite surprising.
At the top of it being the tickets revenue that has been crossed by that of food and beverages.
As per the reports, food and beverage revenue experienced a remarkable 21% growth, reaching Rs 1,958.4 crore.
Ticket sales revenue saw a 19% increase, amounting to Rs 3,279.9 crore.
Nitin Sood, Group CFO, attributed the mixed box office performance to the surprising revenue report.
He also predicted that it will continue in the same way in coming time as per the estimates.
