Imran Khan has been making it to headlines ever since he returned to social media last year.

Fans have been speculating if the actor, who is on a sabbatical from acting, is set to return to films.
  
Recently, Imran was asked about the reason why he and his relatives including Aamir Khan don't attend the award functions and are not that active with attending the events.

The actor mentioned that they do consider giving their best in the craft, but rest of the things are just addons which are not supposed to be mandatory.

Imran said, “We take our craft seriously, we put our heart into that, the rest of it is sprinkling on the top, which you shouldn’t be enamored with.”

The actor worked in 'Katti Batti' before leaving the film industry. The film released in 2015 post which the actor didn't appear on screen.
