Prabhas, Deepika Padukone's Kalki 2898 AD trailer to drop on June 10!

After a long wait, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani's Kalki 2898 AD is set to release in theatres globally on June 27. It is directed by Nag Ashwin and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies. Ahead of the film's release, the makers treated fans with the prelude, titled B&B Bujji & Bhairava on Amazon Prime.

Today, the makers of Kalki 2898 AD finally informed fans about the trailer launch date. The much-anticipated trailer will be releasing on June 10. Sharing the news, Vyjayanthi Movies wrote on 'X', "A new world awaits. #Kalki2898AD Trailer on June 10th.”

In an earlier interview, producer Swapna Dutt Chalasani highlighted Kalki 2898 AD’s story as the driving force, drawing all the actors into its narrative. She said, “I feel it’s the story which drove them all in. It’s not any of us. I don’t think any one of them was worried about what the other person was doing. They kind of saw the bigger picture of what we were all together doing for the film. I think that’s clearly why we were able to pull it off."

Ahead of Kalki 2898 AD, Prabhas said, "In the South especially, [the fans] feel like you are their family. They feel everything. Sometimes they feel like you are their son, the kids feel like you are their brother. Sometimes they feel like you are God. So whatever is said and done, I will be very careful that I will not cheat them."

On May 22, the character Bujji was introduced in a never-seen-before epic launch event in Hyderabad. A life-size futuristic vehicle happens to be Prabhas aka Bhairava’s best friend in the film. Announced in a unique and grand event, Prabhas unveiled a special glimpse of ‘Bujji’ - Bhairava in the ‘Introducing ‘Bujji’’ video, showcasing moments from their journey together on a mission in the magnum opus.
