Addressing the media post-win, Malini articulated her commitment to serving the residents of Mathura and Brijwasis, asserting, "I have thought a lot about the work that I will be doing for the residents of Mathura and Brijwasis. I will make sure that their dreams are fulfilled."
Earlier this year, Hema Malini hinted at the possibility of her daughter Esha Deol venturing into politics, citing her daughter's keen interest in the field. Speaking to ABP, Malini remarked, "Esha is very much inclined for that. She likes to do it. So maybe in the next few years, if she is interested, she will definitely (join politics)."
A veteran of Indian cinema with iconic roles such as 'Sholay' to her credit, Hema Malini ventured into politics in 1999. Nominated to the Rajya Sabha for a six-year term by APJ Abdul Kalam, she officially affiliated with the BJP in 2004. Malini secured victory in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from the Mathura constituency, continuing her political journey with fervor.
