John Abraham and Sharvari's Vedaa to release on Independence Day!

John Abraham, Sharvari, Tamannaah Bhatia and Abhishek Banerjee's Vedaa is one of the highly anticipated films of the year. Directed by Nikkhil Advani and produced by Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment, and JA Entertainment, the film is set in Rajasthan and revolves around the story of a young fierce girl who gets a tough mentor's guidance in her journey.

Now, the makers of Vedaa announced the film's theatrical release date. The action-thriller will release on August 15. John reunites with Nikkhil Advani after Batla House and Satyameva Jayate. Vedaa is touted to be an action-packed adventure, inspired by true events, that will blow your mind. 

Announcing the new release date, John wrote on Instagram, "This Independence Day, woh aa rahe hain… Insaaf ki jung ladne! #Vedaa releasing in cinemas on 15th August."

 

Vedaa promises a jaw-dropping story filled with heart-pounding stunts and high-octane action. Buckle up for a wild journey of courage and justice that will leave you cheering. Directed by Nikkhil Advani and written by Aseem Arrora, ‘Vedaa’ is produced by Zee Studios, Umesh Kr Bansal, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, John Abraham, and co-produced by Minnakshi Das.

Vedaa will be clashing with Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's highly-anticipated Pushpa 2: The Rule. According to reports, Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty's multi-starrer, Singham Again, might be pushed to a later date. As per the initial announcement, it is scheduled to release on Independence Day weekend.
