According to Hindustan Times' report, Ibrahim has been locked for Kunal Deshmukh's sports drama. He started shooting for the film last year as per sources.
Now, there's an update on the project. According to Box Office Worldwide's latest report, Sreeleela is in talks to make her Bollywood debut with the untitled film. Reportedly, the sports drama is titled Diler. An official announcement of the film is awaited.
Sreeleela is an American actress of Indian origin who predominantly works in Telugu and Kannada cinema. She played a leading role in the Kannada film Kiss. The actress stepped into Tollywood with films like Pelli SandaD (2021) and Dhamaka (2022). Sreeleela's dance number from Mahesh Babu's Guntur Kaaram became rage.
Ibrahim, the son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, worked as an assistant director on Karan Johar's romantic drama, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, starring Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Ranveer Singh, and Alia Bhatt. The film was released in 2023. Ibrahim's sister is a renowned actress, Sara Ali Khan.
After Sarzameen, Ibrahim will be seen in Nadaniyan with Khushi Kapoor. According to reports, the romantic film is produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
