Sharvari expresses gratitude on Munjya's thunderous opening at the box office: A huge moment to celebrate

Sharvari is set to deliver a hit with Munjya! The film, part of Dinesh Vijan’s horror comedy verse, has taken an incredible start at the box office scoring Rs. 4.21 crores in India. The actress plays the role of Bela, a Zumba instructor who is the love interest of the film's protagonist, Bittu (Abhay Verma). In a statement on Munjya's success, Sharvari said she hopes the film becomes a huge hit.

"I’m thrilled to see the outstanding start that Munjya has received at the box office. We have made this film with a lot of love, passion and hard work and I have been praying ever since that Munjya becomes a huge hit. It is a film that pushed me to do something remarkably different so early on in my career and I have to thank my producer Dinesh Vijan and my director Aditya Sarpotdar for his belief in me to pull off this role," Sharvari said.

She further added, "I have been receiving a lot of love for being the surprise factor of Munjya. I can say this with a lot of humility that whatever appreciation I’m receiving is because of the vision of the makers who put their trust in me to pull off this role! It wasn’t easy for me to keep this massive secret from being revealed. Only my family knew it and I swore them to secrecy. So, for me and my family this is a huge moment to celebrate."

Sharvari concluded saying, "To be a part of the horror comedy-verse as the heroine of Munjya is a dream come true opportunity for me. This horror universe has been graced by some of the biggest leading ladies of the Hindi film industry and to receive unanimous love for my performance in Munjya is a truly surreal moment. It feels like I have passed a test with distinction!"
