Nitanshi Goel, who recently acted in Kiran Rao’s directorial comeback ‘Laapataa Ladies’ won thousands of hearts with her performance in the film. The actress portrayed the role of Phil Kumari in the film which released on May 1 and has been produced by Aamir Khan’s Aamir Khan Productions.

In a recent interview, Nitanshi recalled her initial days of moving to Mumbai and her first shooting experience of an advertisement alongside legendary Amitabh Bachchan. The actress shared about the humble nature of the actor and how he treated her and other children on the set. She said, "When I first came to Mumbai, my first ever ad film which I featured in, was with Amitabh Bachchan sir. Of course, there were other kids, too, but there was also a sequence that featured just him and me. So, he came up to me and said, 'Chalo hum lines rehearse karte hain.”

She further added, "Woh apne ghootnon pe baith gaye aur mere saath lines padhne lage.” The actress concluded by saying that the actor treated all the children with lots of love and even made sure that everyone gets a picture with  him.Nitanshi said,  "We were thrilled. We hugged him as if he were our own grandfather. Dadaji nanaji jaise lag rahe the.”

The actress has been a part of several Bollywood films as a child artist including ‘Vicky Donor’, ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ and ‘Maidaan’.
