Anupam Kher recently visited the national capital to attend the oath taking ceremony of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who took upon the position for the third consecutive term. 

Later the actor shared a video on his social media handle alongside the actor Rajinikanth, who was also present at the event. Referring to him as ‘god’s gift to mankind’ in the video, Anupam went on to praise the actor.
He said, "The one and only, Mr. Rajini the Kanth. The one and only the one and only. The God's gift to mankind, wadah!" As he posted the video he also captioned it, "God's gift to mankind! The one and only  #Rajinikanth! Jai Ho!"

Anupam was one of the actors who was invited for the ceremony that took place on Sunday in Delhi. 
Other actors who were present during the ceremony were Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Anil Kapoor, Vikrant Massey and Kangana Ranaut.

On the work front, Anupam is set to make a directorial comeback with his upcoming project ‘Tanvi: The Great’ which he announced earlier this year. He will also feature in upcoming films  ‘The Signature’, ‘The India
House’, and ‘Vijay 69’.
