Ranveer Singh garnered immense praise for his last film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani. The actor didn’t jump on another film soon but took his time and is now prepping for his next project. Singh who is known for getting creative with his characters is now reported to undergo a physical transformation. It has now been reported that he will put on weight for his role in a new film. His fans always keep an eye open to know every single update of his personal and professional life and are excited to see him back on the silver screen soon.
While the 38-year-old actor is yet to give an official confirmation about his new project and physical transformation, Shobhaa De shared the word on his social media. The writer met Ranveer Singh at a cafe in Alibaug and captured the moment making it to her Instagram feed. The post featured Ranveer Singh, Shobhaa De, and her friend sharing happy smiles. Writing the caption she revealed Ranveer is all set to gain weight, bulking up his body by more than 15kgs. However, the reference to the project she is talking about is unknown.
Shobhaa De captioned the photos, “Unexpected encounter at our favourite cafe in Alibagh. Selfie King Ranveer Singh enjoying much needed "me time" before he takes up daddy duties....and starts his next film. Oh....the fries were mine. But he said he is focusing on carbs himself. He needs to be 15kg heavier for his latest project. Charming, natural and unfailingly polite as always. Glad to have him as a neighbour in Alibagh.”
Ranveer is currently looking forward to welcoming his first child with his wife Deepika Padukone. On the work front, he will be next seen in Singham Again alongside his wife DP who plays lady cop and Ajay Devgn. He will also replace Shah Rukh Khan in the Don series part three. The actor is even reported to play Dev in Brahmashtra Part two.
