Chandu Champion starring Kartik Aaryan gets pre- Paralympics screening

 

Kartik has been a part of the film industry for more than a decade and has showcased his talent in several projects over the years. His recent work in Kabir Khan’s directorial ‘Chandu Champion’ has been receiving massive response from the audience and fans are lauding the performance of the actor in the film. The film will also had a special screening by PVR INOX in partnership with Paralympic Committee of India.

The special screening of the film was previously screened in the national capital which was attended by Murlikant Petkar, on whom the biopic is made. And Mr. Devinder, President PCI along
with officials and para-athletes.

Murlikant expressed his admiration for the film after the screening and said it reminded him of his journey. He said,  "The film took me back in time, reminding me
of the trials and triumphs that shaped my journey.
There are countless inspirational stories within the para-sports fraternity, and I hope more directors come forward to share these fascinating narratives."

Devendra Jhajharia, President of the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI), added, "Murli sir has always been a guiding light for us. We hope that this film will not only resonate with para-athletes but will also inspire a broader audience to appreciate the resilience and determination within the para sports community.”

The film released on June 14 and has already crossed the mark of Rs 20 crore at the box office. 
Besides, Kartik is also shooting for his upcoming film with Anees Bazmee, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ which also stars Triptii Dimri and Vidya Balan. The film is the third instalment in the franchise of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’. It also marks Vidya’s comeback to the franchise after her appearance in the first release which also starred Akshay Kumar. The previous instalment released in 2022 which introduced Kartik to the franchise. It was well received by the audience and also starred Kiara Advani and Tabu.
