Sarfira: Akshay Kumar's dynamic performance leaves internet amazed, Netizens say “Content Kumar is back”

Akshay Kumar left the internet in a frenzy after sharing his first look from his upcoming film Sarfira. Fans are swooning over his salt-and-pepper bearded look with many people calling it the best and most convincing look in recent years. Post the significant appreciation over the poster, the Sarfira trailer was dropped yesterday. As usual, Khiladi Kumar bows away with his intense performance and passionate expressions giving life to the character of Vir Mhatre. The film also stars a stellar cast including Paresh Rawal as a business tycoon and Radhika Madan as Vir’s wife.

Fans are deeply impressed by Akshay Kumar’s performance pouring in positive words for his much-awaited film. Netizens are Content Kumar is back as Akshay Kumar returns to the big screen with another inspiring story. Lauding the Sarfira trailer, one fan tweeted:  “Content Kumar is BACK Finally #AkshayKumar in Salt n Pepper look ... Blockbuster #SarfiraTrailer ♥”, whereas another happy social media user shared, “#akshaykumar's best trailer in the last 5 years. It feels like the genius Akshay Kumar who was lost somewhere has returned with this film.”

Akshay Kumar features in Sarfira as a man who dreams of making a low-cost airline for those who cannot afford to fly. Directed by Sudha Kongara, Sarfira is an official Hindi adaptation of the filmmaker’s 2020 film Soorarai Pottru, which was headlined by Suriya who also has a cameo in Akshay Kumaar starrer. The Tamil original bagged the National Award. Suriya has also joined the producers to bankroll the film with his wife Jyothika in collaboration with Aruna Bhatia and Vikram Malhotra under the banners of Cape of Good Films, 2D Entertainment, and Abundantia Entertainment. Akshay is known as the king of action as well as comedy. But each time he shines onscreen in a drama film, he manages to tug at the heartstrings of the audience with his sincere performances. Sarfira is set to hit theaters on July 12, 2024.
