Don 3 is the most awaited film of Indian cinema being a third installment of the iconic Don series. Ever since the film was announced it increased the level of excitement among the audience and also created considerable buzz for the fact that the real Shah Rukh Khan is no longer associated with the project. King Khan dropped out of the third part and Ranveer Singh has been roped as the ruthless mafia. It was earlier speculated that part 3 of the film series was shelved however filmmaker Farhan Akhtar has now put an end to it.

Ahead of the making, the film received a remarkably positive response. Fans who are looking forward to Don 3 will no longer have to wait. The filmmaker Farhan Akhtar has dropped a major update about the film in an interview with Pinkvilla. When asked about the status, the producer said, “We start filming Don 3 next year. Really, really looking forward to it. This brings a sense of relief among does who have been waiting to watch the new addition to the film series.
 
The film stars Ranveer Singh in the lead role alongside Kiara Advani replacing Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra respectively. Farhan Akhtar took the rights to the iconic 1978 Don starring Amitabh Bachchan. Back in 2006 he recreated the movie and extended it in 2011 releasing its second part Don 2 - The King is Back. Now the third part titled Don 3: The Chase Ends of the franchise is set to go on floors next year in 2025.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh is said to be a part of Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again alongside his wife Deepika Padukone. The actor is now ready to welcome his first baby from his wife Deepika Padukone and gearing up for daddy duties.
