Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal officially confirmed their relationship after getting married on June 23. The couple remained tight-lipped about their wedding reports but kept the internet buzzing with rumours. The couple started a new chapter of their life after dating each other for 7 years. On the wedding day, Sonakshi Sinha’s father Shatrugan Sinha, and her mother were seen ecstatic and happy. But what caught attention was the absence of the bride’s brothers Luv Sinha and Kush Sinha. 

Missing of Sona’s brothers added fuel to disagreement between siblings with her decision to get married to Zaheer Iqbal. Earlier it was reported that the Sinha family had disputes and were alleged to not attend the wedding. However, bride's parents were present but her brothers gave the big day a pass. Earlier, Luv Sinha refused to comment on Sonakshi’s wedding reports, saying, “I’m out of Mumbai at the moment, and if it’s regarding the news published, I have no comment or involvement in the matter,”

A media source confirmed the absence of Luv from the celebration, saying, “Sonakshi’s parents attended the wedding, and were naturally elated about the day. However, her brothers didn’t come to the wedding as well as the reception. The photographers didn't spot the two entering the venue, till the very end. And everyone found it to be really weird”.

According to Hindustan Times, Luv Sinha chose not to comment when asked the reason behind not attending his sister’s wedding. He said, “Please give it a day or two. I’ll respond to your question then if I feel I can.”  Since Luv Sinha and Kush Sinha were not present Huma Qureshi’s brother Saqib Saleem took on brother duties. Double XL co-star Huma and Saqib share great bonding with Sonakshi Sinha.
