DYK 'Kill' duo Lakshya and Raghav Juyal did not interact with each other during shoot

The highly anticipated action thriller Kill, directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt, is set to hit theaters on July 5th. Starring Lakshya, Raghav Juyal, and Tanya Maniktala, the film has generated significant buzz with its intense and violent action sequences, as teased in the trailer. Produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Guneet Monga Kapoor’s Sikhya Entertainment, Kill promises a gripping cinematic experience.

In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Lakshya shared an interesting behind-the-scenes detail about the film's production. The filmmakers advised Lakshya and Raghav not to meet before shooting began, aiming to build authentic on-screen tension. "Our director told us not to interact at all," Lakshya explained. This led to separate training regimes and a strict no-meeting policy.

However, fate had other plans. “Our producer Guneet Monga had a puja at her home,” Raghav recalled with a laugh. Despite meeting there, Lakshya remained committed to the director's vision and avoided interaction. "I'm a sincere guy," he added. Raghav’s approach was more casual, leading to an initially awkward but ultimately beneficial encounter. “Now we meet so often, it's amazing,” Raghav said, hinting at their developed camaraderie.

Kill tells the story of a commando (Lakshya) who boards a train to reunite with his girlfriend (Tanya Maniktala) before her parents marry her off to someone else. The plot takes a dramatic turn when the train is hijacked by a group of villains, forcing the commando into a fierce battle.

With its release date approaching, audiences are eager to see if the lack of pre-shoot interaction between Lakshya and Raghav translates into genuine on-screen tension or unique chemistry. Kill is set to deliver an action-packed spectacle when it releases on July 5th.
