Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions has dropped the much-awaited trailer for the comedy caper Bad Newzz. Touted to be a laughter riot, the film promises a hilarious journey featuring the freshest trio of Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk.

During a recent media interaction, Triptii Dimri was asked about the disparity in recognition between male and female actors in Indian cinema. Specifically, the question addressed how male actors often receive credit and awards for blockbuster films, while female actresses are more likely to be given the title of ‘National Crush.’

Triptii responded thoughtfully, saying, “In my experience, I would like to thank God. It has been the opposite for me. Wherever I go, I get recognized for my work and my films. I have received so much love from my fans. I wanted to be recognized by my work, and I’m lucky that this has happened. It motivates me as an actor to do better in life and to keep working on my craft. I think I’ve been very fortunate.”
