As per the latest reports Aditya Roy Kapur and Samantha Prabhu are set to feature in an upcoming web series together. The reports suggest that the project is directed by Raj&DK and will be titled ‘Rakhtabeej’. 

According to the source in one of the entertainment websites, Aditya was first finalised and signed for the web series post which Samantha was also bought on the front. The actors are currently preparing individually for their respective roles and will soon join each other to practice together. The project is expected to go on floors in the month of August. More details about the project are yet to be announced by the makers. 

It will also mark the first collaboration for Aditya and Samantha, who enjoy massive separate fan bases. Whereas Samantha is one of the finest South actors, Aditya has managed to attain massive fan following in Bollywood across the years. 
He will next feature alongside Sara Ali Khan in ‘Metro In Dino’ for which he is currently shooting. The film will also feature  Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ali Fazal, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi,
Anupam Kher, and Konkona Sen Sharma. The shooting for the project has been completed last month and the makers are set to release it in the month of November this year. 

On the other side, Samatha, who recently resumed with her acting career after taking a break will next appear in ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ which also stars Varun Dhawan alongside the actress. As for Raj and DK, the duo most recently worked on ‘Guns and  Gulaabs’ which released last year starring Rajkummar Rao in the lead.
