Salman Khan is set to thrill his fans with his upcoming movie Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss and co-starring Rashmika Mandanna and Prateik Babbar. Nearly three weeks ago, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment announced that the film began shooting on June 18, kicking off with a major air-action sequence.
According to recent reports, the first schedule of shooting wrapped up on July 1st. The film, a mass entertainer, features Salman Khan in the titular role of Sikandar and is scheduled for a theatrical release on Eid 2025, heightening fan anticipation.
A report by Mid-Day revealed that the first schedule concluded with a significant action sequence between Khan and Prateik Babbar at the Chitrakoot Grounds. This intense scene was reportedly filmed at the Taj Lands’ End in Bandra, involving a plane and a specially created exterior set.
Following the completion of this action-packed segment, the team is expected to take a break of approximately 45 days. During this hiatus, a new set will be constructed at the SRPF Ground in Goregaon.
Apart from Salman Khan, Sikandar also stars Rashmika Mandanna in a pivotal role, promising an exciting addition to the cast.
