Sonakshi Sinha recently married her longtime boyfriend Zaheer Iqqbal on June 23, 2024, becoming the talk of the town. The newlywed set the internet on fire with their mushy wedding photographs that went viral. The wedding was a close affair attended by near dear friends and family members. Well, the absence of the bride’s brother Luv Sinha added fuel to the speculation of tension among the Sinha family regarding Sona’s decision to marry Zaheer. However, days after the wedding Luv Sinha finally responded and confirmed skipping the big day.

Earlier, in a conversation with Hindustan Times, Luv said, “Please give it a day or two. I’ll respond to your question then if I feel I can.” Taking to Twitter, Luv Sinha has finally spoken out on the ongoing issue and clarified his decision not to attend the wedding. Earlier, he tweeted, “With carefully curated news stories about his family business, nobody tread grey areas like the groom’s father’s proximity to a politician whose ED enquiries had vanished in the “washing machine”. Nor was there a whiff of the groom’s father’s stint in Dubai….”

Retweeting to old tweet, Luv now confirmed the reason for not attending his sister’s wedding. He wrote, "The reasons are very clear as to why I didn’t attend and would not associate with certain people, no matter what. I’m glad a member of the media did their research instead of relying on creative stories being put out by a PR team."

According to News18, Kussh Sinha confirmed his presence at the wedding which was a sensitive moment for his family he stayed out of public eyes. He said, "I am a private person, and just because I am not often seen doesn't mean I wasn't present.
