The iconic Bollywood duo Ajay Devgn and Tabu are gearing up for the release of their upcoming movie Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha. The enduring bond between Tabu and Ajay Devgn sets a remarkable example of friendship, continuing to touch our hearts despite them both being in their fifties. Both have starred together in several movies namely,  Haqeeqat, Takshak, Vijaypath, Drishyam, Golmaal Again, De De Pyaar De, Drishyam 2, Bholaa, and more. The duo have often spoken about their equation, friendship, and its significance in their lives.

In a recent interview, Tabu opened up about her bond with Ajay Devgn. Talking to India Today, the actress said, “He is completely unconditional with me. He’s completely indulgent too. He never stopped working with me, which is a big thing — to support each other professionally as well. Not just that we can even think of harming each other, but we protect each other.”

The Bhoola actress also mentioned that producers and filmmakers dragged Ajay Devgn whenever she had any issues with them. She said, “They would ask him to talk to me saying I am not coming for shooting or promotions. Yet, I must acknowledge that he never comes in the way of my decisions, for which I respect him a lot. Neither does he try to influence me. He will give you your space.”

Tabu and Ajay Devgn’s latest offering is Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha directed by Neeraj Pandey. The love thriller also stars Shantanu Maheshwari and Sai Manjrekar as the young cast of the leads. The film is a unique musical love story is an epic romantic drama spanning 20 years and is set between 2002 and 2023. Initially, AMKDT was supposed to be released on July 5, 2024. However, the makers have pushed the release considering suggestions of film traders and distributors. The movie is now expected to release later in the same month.
