Shah Rukh Khan led film ‘Jawan’ is all set to hit the big screens this November in Japan. Featuring Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra and Deepika Padukone alongside the actor, the film has been directed by south filmmaker Atlee Kumar, who also made his Hindi directorial debut with the film. The film began a record breaker in no time and went on to break the records one after another emerging as the highest Hindi grosser overcoming the collection of other films.
Now, it is set to impress the audience of Japan and will be releasing in Japanese theatres on November 29. The advanced booking for the same is set to begin from July 5.
The film is expected to take over the cinema market in Japan as it did here when it released on September 7 last year. The film also introduced Nayanthara and Vijay to Bollywood, who previously worked in south and are well-known actors over there.
‘Jawan’ became the second release of Shah Rukh in 2023 after the release of his film ‘Pathaan’ earlier in the month of January. Before this the actor was on a sabbatical from acting and haven’t featured on the big screens for over 4 years. However, the same resulted in the bigger success as all the films of the actor did commendable job after the release and fans have been praising his performance throughout. Beside ‘Jawan’ and ‘Pathaan’, ‘Dunki’ was also released in 2023 which became the third film for the actor to release the same year. It also featured Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani in the lead and revolved around the illegal immigrants who take the dangerous route to reach the developed countries for better facilities and conditions. Although the film didn’t collect as much as the two previous films managed to it was well received by the audience and Shah Rukh was once again praised for his commendable work in the project.
