The actress took to Instagram on Saturday to share a series of post-workout selfies, radiating hope and strength despite her ongoing fight against the disease.

Dressed in a pink top, Hina paired her photos with Kishore Kumar’s iconic song, "Ruk Jaana Nahin," and penned a heartfelt and empowering message for her followers. "What do you see in this picture? Last month, Hina revealed her diagnosis on Instagram, addressing rumors and sharing her journey with her fans. "Hello everyone, to address the recent rumor, I want to share some important news with all the Hinaholics and everyone who loves and cares for me. I have been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer," she wrote.

Despite the challenging diagnosis, Hina assured her followers that she is doing well and is fully committed to overcoming the disease. "My treatment has already begun and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger," she added.

Hina concluded her message by asking for respect and privacy during this time while expressing gratitude for the love, strength, and blessings from her supporters. "I, along with my family and loved ones, remain focused, determined, and positive. With the grace of the almighty, we believe I will overcome this challenge and will be completely healthy.
