Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant have been celebrating their wedding festivities for over 6 months now. Following pre-weddings in Jaamnagar and Paris, they hosted Sangeet and Haldi in Mumbai days ahead of the wedding date of July 12, 2024. The Haldi ceremony was held on Monday in Mumbai with attendance of big Bollywood names including Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Janhvi Kapoor, and Arjun Kapoor among others. It was a star-studded affair where Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, and Orry enjoyed their best time.  

Pictures from the Haldi ceremony are going viral on the internet. Ananya Panday, Khushi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, and Orry are seen drenched in turmeric. The photos capture the group happily posing in traditional ethnic outfits, and another shot shows them in different attire, covered in yellow haldi. Everyone smiled joyfully for the camera. Bollywood BFFs Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, and Janhvi Kapoor captivated the audience causing a sensation as they arrived in elegant traditional attires. Going with the festive theme Mr. & Mrs. Mahi actor draped a yellow saree, while Ananya Panday opted for a peach and golden Anarkali dress. On the other hand, Sara Ali Khan donned a multi-coloured lehenga. Last week the trio performed at Anant and Radhika’s sangeet. Orry was seen dancing to the beats of ‘Yeh ladhki Haye Allah’ with Ananya and Sara.

Starting the wedding festivities, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani organized a mass wedding for the underprivileged at Swami Vivekanand Vidyamandir in Palghar on July 2. The next day, Ambanis organized Mameru, a Gujurati wedding ritual, where a maternal uncle of the bride showers blessings with gifts and sweets. 

The main ceremony - Shubh Vivah with take place on July 12. Guests are invited to attend the wedding in traditional Indian attire embracing the spirit of the occasion. Celebration continues with Dhubbh Aashirwad on July 13 and Mangal Utsav or the wedding reception on July 14.
